Little ones can start their soccer journey from as young as 4 years old!

MiniRoos is a smaller version of soccer that provides boys and girls aged 4 - 11 with a fun introduction to the world game.

MiniRoos is designed for kids; it is all about having fun, learning new skills and making life-long friends.

MiniRoos provides opportunities for boys and girls of all abilities, to play soccer.

Game Day

Miniroos games are held on Saturday mornings, at grounds across South Gippsland. Games commence from 8:30am through until 10:30am. 

Miniroos operate in the Gippsland Soccer League via a 'hub' format. This means each week one particular club hosts all of the games for Miniroos at the one location. Hubs rotate week to week, to share the opportunity between clubs, and to allow children and parents to experience different venues.  Clubs in our hub are Lang Lang, Phillip Island, Wonthaggi & Inverloch.

Training

Miniroos train once a week on a Thursday afternoon, from 5:00pm to 6:00pm. In line with the Miniroos program intent, players learn the basic skills of soccer, such as passing the ball, while learning to play as part of a team and connect with team mates. 

Registration Fees

Miniroos fees are largely set by Football Australia and Football Victoria. 

The annual fee for a Miniroos player registration is $145.00. This includes both registration and insurance. 

Ensuring sport is accessible to all is a key value of our club. We offer a range of payment options for parents, including payment plans.

Gameday:

Inverloch Stars Soccer Club provides playing strips (tops) for all players at all age levels. As such, parents/carers only need to purchase club shorts and club socks for players. These are available from the club.
